At Infinity Bazaar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.

  • Perishable goods, digital downloads, and personalized/customized products.

Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
